Welcome back to the Old West with ORE-SOME.

This new board game Kickstarter brings you back to some exciting times of mining in underground tunnels.

Let the gold rush begin again! ORE-SOME is a game that is fun for the whole family and is suitable for everyone.

Whether you are a collector, a thief, or just in it for the ride, there is a spot for everyone.

This game is not too complex, so even children from 8 years old can join in, and it can be played from 2 to 4 players.

This game ain’t about flimsy dollar money, no sir, we’re hunting for hard gold!

Ore-Some Board Game Play

Fill up your cart as much as you can or steal ore from other players.

Fulfill your contracts or trade ore in with the bank to get rich!

Beat out your opponents by tossing them to the side of the tracks and continuing on your merry way.

Play your cards right, and everything can go smooth, play it wrong and you will have to start over.

Ore-Some is a dandy way to pass the time, while also bringing the family together.

Have fun while you wreck other people’s carts and try to win the game!

How to play ORE-SOME

At the start of the game, everyone contributes to building the mine.

You can easily mess up your enemies by placing tracks that get them going in the wrong direction.

Ore-Some Board Game

After the full track is built, the time comes to roll the dice.

Depending on what number you get, it is how many spaces you move.

But be warned! You can only move in one direction so choose wisely!

The brokers like to move where the ore is so you can find them in different places on the board.

To trade with them you have to be within four spaces, so getting withing a good distance is always a great strategy.

Play cards before or after someone has rolled the dice and mess up their turn.

Ore-Some Cards

You can sabotage, steal, and much more to stop their progress.

If someone is directly in front of your cart, you can push he (or she) off the track and spill their ore!

Depending on what tile you are on you can dig for more or less ore.

You can draw cards which tell you what contracts you have to fulfill to receive your reward, or you can trade with the bank.

Ore-Some Contracts

Pick up the adorable puppy Scraps, and have him help you along your journey!

Be careful how you move your cart, if anything comes out of it, you will lose that ore, so watch out for other players trying to knock your cart out!

Play action cards for a quick twist in the game, helping you or causing trouble for someone else.

What happens is up to you, and every game turns out different.

With hundreds of different combinations to start the tracks in the beginning, you essentially have a new board every round!

  1. It’s good that these types of boardgames still exist. Game playing is a lot more fun and more educational when it is played with family and friends. We have enough man vs machine type apps, so this is indeed welcome.

That’s true Mike. The interaction when you are playing face to face is much stronger and bonding.

  2. Wow. I love board game and I love trying NEW board games. I think Ore Some will be a fun game to play with friends. Pledging a bit of money might be great. I just wish I have that kind of money right now.

£27 is a huge amount for our country standard. I think I will pass for now. 🙁

That’s sad to hear Arief, but keep an eye on the shelves, because I believe this game will be available everywhere in no time. 🙂

  3. Oh, the illustrations on the cards are so engaging! That game looks like a lot of fun, something families can enjoy together. Thanks for bringing it to my attention!
